Service Level Procedures for Metering Data Providers within the NEM
These Service Level Procedures apply to Metering Data Providers who are accredited and registered by AEMO to provide category C or category D metering data services within the National Electricity Market (NEM).
The Service Level Procedures detail the technical requirements and performances associated with the processes of meter reading, data collection, data processing, adjustment, aggregation and delivery of metering data.
These Service Level Procedures are established under clause 7.14.1A of the Rules for the various categories of registration and metering installation types as detailed under clause S7.6 of the Rules:
- Metering Data Provider Services Category D for Metering Installation Types 1, 2, 3 and 4.
- Metering Data Provider Services Category D for Metering Installation Types 5, 6 and 7.
- Metering Data Provider Services Category C for Metering Installations Type 5 and 6. (This procedure currently being established based on Service Level Requirement predecessor. Original Service Level Requirement: Metering Data Collection Services for Metering Provider Category Type 5C and 6C provided below for the interim).
