AEMO has concluded a consultation on amendments to the Market Ancillary Service Specification and the consultation is now closed. The Final Determination was issued on 30 March 2012 along with Version 4.0 of the Market Ancillary Services Specification (MASS). The amended MASS (version 4.0) will become effective on 1 May 2012 unless further time is required by AEMO to implement changes to relevant systems.
This consultation was conducted under clauses 3.11.2(b), 3.11.2(c) and 3.11.2(d) of the National Electricity Rules (Rules) in accordance with the Rules consultation requirements detailed in clause 8.9 of the Rules.
