Final Determination
This notice informs all National Electricity Market Registered Participants, Intending Participants, Service Providers and interested parties (‘Consulted Persons’) that AEMO has completed the consultation on MSATS Procedures: MDM Procedure version 3.2.
The consultation was conducted under clause 7.2.8 of the National Electricity Rules (Rules) in accordance with the rules consultation requirements in clause 8.9 of the Rules.
The scope of consultation related to minor changes to the “Processing Overview” section 3.3.4 to reflect MDM processes to store and use previous substituted calculated data and the addition of the Data Collection Type Code to Section 6.
The effective date of these Procedures is 6 December 2010.

This Final Determination was issued on 30 November 2010.
Objectives of the consultation
The objectives of the consultation are:
- to provide Registered Participants, Intending Participants, Service Providers and interested parties with the opportunity to be involved in development of the MSATS Procedures: MDM Procedures; and
- to ensure that Registered Participants, Intending Participants, Service Providers and interested parties are properly informed about the proposed and the final outcome.
