The NEM Retailer of Last Resort (RoLR) Processes define the processes that Participants and AEMO are required to follow in order to effectively manage market transactions and communicate customer and site information should a RoLR Event be invoked within the NEM.
The NEM RoLR Processes are comprised of two parts:
- Part A - MSATS Procedure: RoLR Procedures, which define the MSATS related obligations and processes; and
- Part B - B2B Procedure: RoLR Process which define the Business to Business obligations and processes.
The NEM RoLR Processes Version 1.1a has an effective date of:
- 25 November 2010 for all Jurisdictions other than Victoria and South Australia
- 30 March 2011 for Victorian and South Australian Jurisdictions.
