The GSOO is intended for energy stakeholders and potential gas industry investors. Its purpose is to inform readers about the current state of the gas industry in Eastern and South Eastern Australia.

Victorian Annual Planning Report
The Victorian Annual Planning Report (VAPR) is prepared by AEMO for the Victorian electricity Declared Shared Network (electricity DSN) and the gas Declared Transmission System (gas DTS). This report provides identified future development needs for both the electricity DSN the gas DTS.

Victorian Gas System Adequacy
The Victorian Gas System Adequacy (VGSA) provides the short-term gas forecasts for the year following publication, and information about Victorian liquefied natural gas (LNG) usage, gas powered generation (GPG), and scheduled maintenance. It is an electronically published document only.

Victorian EDD 2012 Weather Standards Review
This report presents the results of the review of the current Effective Degree Day (EDD312) weather model, and options for annual and peak day EDD standards for the planning period 2012-2016.
Participants are encouraged to provide their comments and feedbacks.
Written submissions on the analysis, results and recommendations in this report are required by no later than Wednesday 29 February 2012 and should be sent in electronic form to: emi.gui@aemo.com.au
AEMO will respond to submissions and publish the final report including AEMO’s recommendations on the annual, monthly, peak day and monthly peak day EDD312 standards by 19 March.
