PPC : Ancillary and Uplift Payment Procedures (Victoria)
This consultation applies to the following two Procedures:
- Uplift Payments Procedure
- Ancillary Payments Procedure
The above Procedures have been updated and cleaned up generally without material changes from the existing procedures or guidelines. AEMO has taken the opportunity to revisit and redraft certain parts of these procedures for clarity. AEMO is proposing to remove the formulas as these are detailed in the functional specifications. Both procedures also contain new sections covering the industry agreed change to cap the uplift rate.
