STTM Procedures – Brisbane Hub Definition
In April 2011 AEMO made a series of changes to the STTM Procedures to facilitate the commencement of the Brisbane hub, including specifying the Custody Transfer Points (CTPs).
During preparation for the market trial a number of participants identified that the CTPs listed in the STTM Procedures are not exactly aligned with the points where custody transfers under the existing gas transportation agreements.
This procedure change proposes minor technical amendments to clause 2.3 of the STTM Procedures to correct this discrepancy
Submissions on the PPC are due by Wednesday 20 July 2011.
