AEMO has finalised its budget and fees for 2011/12.

This document outlines the final revenue requirement and fee schedule for:

NEM fees
FRC Electricity fees
National Smart Metering fees
National Transmission Planner fees

STTM Market Operator Services (MOS) Allocation Service Cost

STTM pipeline operators have provided estimates for their 2011/12 and 2012/13 MOS costs.

AEMO has published these estimates for information only and is not seeking comment on them.

Pipeline operators must issue AEMO with a tax invoice for the actual 2011/12 MOS allocation service costs after 1 July 2012.

Once these tax invoices are received AEMO will publish them and seek comment as to whether there is any objection to the payment of the invoices.

STTM pipeline operator’s market operator service (MOS) costs for the Adelaide and Sydney hubs have now been finalised.

Below is a summary of the process that has been undertaken to finalise these costs along with a copy of the final invoices from each of the pipeline operators.

STTM MOS Costs – 2010-2011 Initial Invoices

Pipeline operators were required to provide AEMO with an invoice for MOS allocation service costs no later than 20 business days after 1 July 2011:

for the period before the commencement of the STTM
for the period from the commencement date to 30 June 2011

AEMO has published these invoices and is seeking comment as to whether there is any objection to the payment of these invoices.

AEMO requests that comments be received by 5.00pm (Eastern Standard Time) on 19 August 2011.
