Structure of Participant Fees in the National Electricity Market 1 July 2006 to 30 June 2011

NEMMCO was required by clause 2.11.1 of the National Electricity Rules (Rules) to develop, review, determine and publish the Structure of Participant Fees to commence on 1 July 2006.

This Structure of Participant Fees will apply until 30 June 2011.

NEMMCO undertook an extensive consultation process in accordance with the Rules. Submissions that were received were considered in making the report and determination.
