Constraint Action: Moorabool Sydenham No 2 500kV Line Outage 11 September 2009
On 11 September 2009 a constraint set was applied to manage a short notice outage of the Moorabool–Sydenham no 2 500kV line. A constraint in the set proved to be overly conservative, resulting in large changes in interconnector flows and energy prices reaching VoLL in South Australia.
